It has come to our knowledge that cards of some of the passengers, who have
paid for goods/services onboard m/v "Princess Maria", were charged twice.
This situation occurred due to the circumstances beyond our control, caused
by the technical fault of the Finnish company Messrs. Luottokunta, Screenway
OY. By the moment the malfunction has been eliminated and all funds will be
returned to the cards accounts within the next two-three days.
Should you receive any claims or complaints in regards of the above
situation, please forward them to sales@stpeterline.com
for processing and proper clients informing.
